자동차
부품들의 조립불량이나 부품 자체의 결함, 부품간의 마찰
등으로 인해 발생되는
소음(이음)을 칭하며 Buzzes, Squeak &
Rattles(BSR) 이라고 합니다.
자동차의 주행속도, Road Condition 에 따라
그 소음(이음)의 크기가 달라지기도 하며
운전자의 신경을 거슬리게 합니다.
또한, 운전자가 자동차 주행중 그 소음(이음)을 확인하여도
자동차 정비 과정에서는 발견
되지 않는 애매한 경우도 있습니다.
이와 같은 소음(이음)을 발견, 그 정확한 원인을 확인하여
문제점을 해결하기 위하여 BSR
Test System을 이용합니다. |

The overall Detection Process
is simple and systematic: |

1.
Test the structure
2. Measure, quantify, isolate,
characterize each S&R
3. Locate the noise source
4. Find its root cause(s)
5. Fix cause (or document for
later correction)
6. Re-test to confirm that the
fix worked
7. Document lessons learned :
Design guidelines; supplier spec;
Manufacturing
